ABOUT CAPE2CAIRO
Cape2Cairo Enterprise is a company with foot prints in Nigeria and South Africa. Our goal is to promote intra-African trade by introducing African made products to the African people, particularly South Africa and Nigeria, which are the two largest markets in Africa.
WHY BRING YOUR PRODUCTS TO NIGERIA?
Nigeria remains the largest market on the African continent with a population of more than 200 million.
The country has a profusion of labor and an abundance of natural resources including oil, precious stones, and commercial minerals.
Nigeria maintains an important leadership role on a regional level (West Africa) and on the African continent. The country houses the headquarters of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is the State capital Abuja and represents about 70% of ECOWAS GDP and more than 50% of ECOWAS population.
In 2019, Nigeria signed the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) which is aimed at
creating intra-African trade and a $3.4 trillion economic bloc across Sub Saharan Africa.
Nigeria remains an important market and a crucial production center for the African consumer product
sector. The middle class in Nigeria continues to grow rapidly and it is now estimated to be at about 50
million people.
